After posting “How Not to Hit Your Dick” we received a few messages from the ladies. So here is “How Not to Hit Your Tits”…

The more time you spend in the gym the more likely it is to hit something you really would rather not. But in order to eliminate those painful days and possible infertility keep that technique solid and follow these instructions!

The common reason that someone would ‘rack’ themselves is, the athlete pulled themselves straight down under the bar instead of back, down, and around the bar. Following full extension, the athlete should maintain a straight bar path, putting as much vertical force into the bar as possible. During the pull under, the athlete will maintain this vertical bar path by pulling themselves back, down, and around the bar, finishing vertical with the barbell balanced over the midfoot in the receiving position. This pull back and behind will keep the bar path straight while keeping your tits out of the way.
