There are so many people who helped with the LiftOff that made it possible. A HUGE thank you to Ben and Sarah Wells for setting up all the technical stuff and being available all day to help the meet run smoothly. Ben had iPads for the coaches and athletes to count the cards, several tvs to keep our audience and loaders stay up to speed, live feeds on Facebook, and a great system to keep the judges, loaders, and cards organized.

Kiersten and Kayla Clowes did a fantastic job taking pictures of the athletes. They put together an amazing video of the day and the pictures they took were outstanding!

Thank you’s also go to our loaders and judges! Our loaders did a great job keeping the platform clean and ready for the lifters. The judges worked hard all day to keep the lifters moving through and make sure the meet was running smoothly.

We also give a big thank you to everyone who helped set up and tear down. We used all the help and were so glad that you all showed up to help move weights, platforms, barbell, chairs, and so many other little pieces.

The South West LiftOff was a great meet and are so pleased with how the day ran. We hope that you all sign up or come out to support our athletes again next year!
